Xin Qiji (1140--1207), named You'an, was a native of Licheng, Shandong. Disciple of Cai Bojian. Geng Jing gathered troops in Shandong, controlled the loyal troops and horses in Shandong and Hebei, and abandoned Ji as secretary in charge. In the 32nd year of Shaoxing, he crossed south and returned to the Song Dynasty. Xiaozong served as a court official and became Shaoqing of Dali. He was also compiled by Ji Yingdian, knew Fuzhou and served as the pacifier of Fujian. Later, he entered Longtuge and learned about Jiangling Mansion. He also entered the Privy Council to accept the decree, but died without receiving the order. He is the author of Jiaxuan Collection.
