If you want to practice calligraphy, it actually doesn’t matter whether you have a basic foundation:
1. It is recommended to start with regular script, which can be used as the basis for running script and cursive script;
2. Choose a font, Ouyan Liuzhao choose one;
3. Choose a master (not a famous teacher) and calligraphy stickers, and follow the teacher's tutorials, whether the teacher teaches in person or watches videos online. You also need a copybook. In addition to the copybook recommended by your teacher, you need to buy a copybook representative of the four major regular scripts, and use it together with the copybook recommended by your teacher;
4. Start practicing, one word at a time, and each word must be at least 80% similar before practicing the next one;
5. Practice every day and read more books about calligraphy.
