I have been practicing calligraphy for a long time, but I feel that my level has not improved. In this case, is your posture when practicing calligraphy wrong?

How to practice calligraphy correctly?

1. Improve pen control ability. Judging from the picture, the ability to control thickness is relatively weak (this problem is also a problem that most people make), so the strokes look relatively mediocre. It is recommended to practice starting, closing, extending, and stopping the strokes. The example in the picture is a long horizontal stroke, which includes starting strokes (imagine a plane landing, writing from light to heavy to create a pointed shape), stopping strokes (increasing boldness, slowing down the rhythm), etc.

2. Write basic strokes correctly and stably. The questioner should have a certain understanding of Wei Stele, but some strokes are not written in place (for example, the strength of the horizontal fold hook is not written), etc. Basic strokes are very important. Let's look at two simple examples. The difference between those with beautiful strokes and those with mediocre strokes is very obvious.

3. Focus on practicing difficult-to-write radicals and radicals. Such as walking, the bottom of the heart, etc.

4. When practicing interframe structure, you should read more, think more, and write more. For example, if you don't think about the words "quantity" and "女", most people will write them horizontally short, which is very ugly.

5. To write well, you must have a steady center of gravity when writing a whole article. Observe the center of gravity of the words and let them form a horizontal line. There will be no problem in writing an article.
