My child's hands keep shaking when he writes, why is this?

There are 2 reasons:

1. Not accustomed to writing, and have not practiced repeatedly to form muscle memory. This problem usually occurs in the early stages of calligraphy practice. This is because the muscles and nerves are not accustomed to the posture of holding the pen, causing subconscious twitching.

2. Feeling nervous, such as when watching people watching or writing with expensive pen and paper...

Solution:

1. Don’t hold the pen too tightly, practice more often. Also, don’t change your writing posture frequently when practicing calligraphy;

2. Adjust your mentality, don't be nervous, relax. You can take a deep breath to adjust before practicing calligraphy, and then sit quietly for a while.
