How can adults learn calligraphy with zero basic skills?
I have zero basic skills as an adult. I really envy other people’s good calligraphy. How can I practice it systematically? Are there any good teachers or videos to recommend?

After writing for half a year to a year, the brush will be stable and flexible, and then you can change it to regular script. You can choose Yan style or European style. It is recommended to do facial expressions first, as the characteristics of facial expressions will be more obvious and easier to write.
