Weng Zhifei graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting, China Academy of Art, majoring in calligraphy and seal cutting, with a bachelor's degree in literature. He studied under teachers such as Liu Jiang Zhangzuan, Wang Dongling, Zhu Suizhi, and Chen Zhenlian. His works have been selected into the Sixth National Calligraphy and Seal Cutting Exhibition, the First International Seal Cutting Art Exchange Exhibition, the Fourth National Exhibition, and the Third National Couplet Calligraphy Exhibition. He won the Excellence Award in the Second International Seal Engraving and Calligraphy Works Exhibition of Lingyin Society, the Bronze Award in the Second Zhao Mengfu Award National Painter Competition, and the Bronze Award in the National College Student Calligraphy and Painting Competition. His works and papers have been published in newspapers and magazines such as "New Art", "Calligraphy", "Calligraphy Research", "Modern Calligraphy", "Calligraphy News", etc., and his papers were selected for the "Fifth National Calligraphy Symposium". He is currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, deputy director of the Education Committee of the Zhejiang Young Calligraphers Association, and works at the Academy of Fine Arts of Zhejiang Normal University.
