There is a seal script cover with sixteen characters in seal script with a hanging needle: [The epitaph of Guo Gong, the former Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Industry of the Tang Dynasty, was presented to the crown prince and grand master]. Some people think that it may have been written by Yan Zhenqing, but evidence is needed to support the inference. The epitaph is in regular script, and the epitaph and writing were all done by Yan Zhenqing. The epitaph is 160.5 centimeters high and 105 centimeters wide. It has shallow borders and the characters are about 2.5 centimeters in diameter. There are thirty-five lines in total, each line has fifteen to thirty-four characters, and each line has one thousand one hundred and fifteen characters. There is also "Jiannan Jiedu Kong Muguan Zheng Shilang Xing Taipu Temple Dian Stable Office Zhang Ting asked for review and proofreading", with 23 characters in one line, totaling 1,138 characters. The epitaph was accidentally cracked when it was unearthed. From the last line of characters [沲] on the left to the second line of characters [书] on the right, it was fractured in a concave shape. More than thirty characters were damaged to varying degrees, which is a pity. Therefore, This epitaph is incomplete. This book is the first rubbing of the epitaph.
