"Nei Jing Jing" is "Huang Ting Jing", the full name is "Shang Qing Huang Ting Nei Jing Jing", a work on health preservation. The author and year of publication are yet to be determined. The whole sutra is composed of seven-character rhymes, with a total of 239 sentences, divided into 36 chapters. Each chapter takes the first two words of the first sentence as its title, and tells the principles of health cultivation in the form of a seven-character verse. According to the existing historical data, we can get a glimpse of the upper and lower limits of the "Huang Ting Jing": the rhyme patterns in the "Outer Scenery Jing" seem to be older and earlier than the "Inner Scenery Jing"; the rhyme patterns in the "Outer Scenery Jing" can be dated as early as the Qin and Han Dynasties, and as late as the Three Kingdoms; The rhyme pattern of "Jing" is consistent with the rhyme used in poetry of the Eastern Han, Wei and Jin Dynasties, and it is especially possible in the Wei and Jin Dynasties. Wang Xizhi has a handed down small regular script work "Huang Ting Jing". There are 7 frames in this work, which is believed to be Bada Shanren's early calligraphy work. This period was not yet influenced by Dong Qichang.
