"The Remnant Stone of the Virtuous and Righteous One" is one of the famous "The Remnant Stones of Anyang" and is the first section of "The Remnant Stone of Ziyou". It is 41cm high and 57cm wide, carved in June of the second year of the Yuan Dynasty (115 AD) of the Eastern Han Dynasty. It was unearthed in Anyang, Henan in 1913. It later belonged to Yao Guifang and the Wang family of Tianjin and is now in the Tianjin Museum. The inscription contains 12 lines of official script and contains 93 characters. The official characters on the stele are simple and neat, and the brushwork contains both square and round shapes. It is clumsy and elegant, and full of variety.
