Appreciation of Wang Xizhi's calligraphy in small regular script "Huang Ting Jing". It was originally a yellow silk edition. It was copied and engraved on stone in the Song Dynasty, and rubbings were circulated. "Huang Ting Jing" is a Taoist health-preserving practice book that was quite popular in the Wei and Jin Dynasties. It is said that "Huang Ting Jing" written by Wang Xizhi in small regular script is "Exterior Scenery Jing".
The method of this post is extremely strict, and its spirit is also relaxed, with a beautiful and cheerful attitude. There is a legend about the Huangting Sutra: There was a Taoist priest in Shanyin who wanted to obtain Wang Xizhi's calligraphy. Knowing that Wang Xizhi loved geese, he specially prepared a cage of fat and big white geese as a reward for writing the sutra. Wang Xizhi saw that the goose happily wrote scriptures for the Taoist priest for a long time, and happily "caged the goose and returned".
The original text is contained in the "Lun Shu Biao" of the Southern Dynasties. The article states that Wang Xizhi wrote the "Dao" and "De" classics. Later, due to repeated transmission, it became the "Huang Ting Jing". Therefore, "Huang Ting Jing" is also commonly known as "Huang Ge Tie". It has no inscription and is signed "May of the twelfth year of Yonghe (356)." What is left now is only a copy of it by later generations.

[4] The elixir is in front of me, the essence between the three palaces is deep, the son wants to live in Kunlun, the Jiang Palace has twelve levels of heavy towers, five collections are in the palace, the son of the Red God stands in the middle pool, and there is the Great Wall Xuangu Yi below, longevity If you want to be in a hurry in your house, abandon the worldly things and shake the essence of your son, a small field and a small house can cure your life, your family will be long and your heart will be at peace, watch your mind and spirit, and have three wonderful spirits in your free time.
【5】Build peace when you have nothing to do, keep a jade room for a long time and have a clear vision, remember the big storehouse at all times and you will not be hungry or thirsty, send the goddess Liu Ding to visit you, your son can live a long life with a fine path, the main house is where the gods live, clean your mind and govern yourself without daring to defile. , I have been observing the Five Tibetan Principles according to the festival, and the six palaces are as clean as plain. Because of the natural way of nothingness, there are natural things, don’t worry about them, and do nothing.
[6] The heart is at peace, living in nothingness in the house, lonely and speechless, indifferent and indifferent, wandering in the garden of virtue, accumulating the essence and fragrance of a pure jade girl, living alone in a melancholy and soft body, supporting life and guarding nothingness, tranquility, no reason to think, wings To achieve the right and support the sparse, the long-term vision will fly away. The five elements are different and have the same root node. The combination of three and five qi must be one.
[7] Who rises with the sun and the moon together, embraces the pearl, cherishes the jade and the child's chamber, holds on to the child's own possession without losing it, that is, wants to be immortal and hides the gold chamber, the moon rises and enters the sun, this is my way, the seven heavens and the earth guard each other three times, the five elements rise and fall One combined with nine, the fallen jade is my treasure, why don't you keep it, your heart knows that the roots nourish the flowers, obey the heaven and the earth, and store the essence together, I will give up the wonders of the seven days, Kun
[8] The nature of Lun is not misguided. There are real people in the mountains of Jiuyuan who can give orders. They are covered with purple palaces and alchemy towers. The knights regard the sun and moon as bright pearls. Long live the shining, but there is no time limit. Outside, there are three yang objects. Come, if you nourish the three gods within you, you will live forever. Your soul will go to heaven and enter the abyss, and your soul will return naturally. There will be no reason to hang beads around it, and you will have a jade and stone door with a golden body.
【9】Jian, carrying the earth and the sky, forcing the heaven and earth, the four seasons are as red as elixirs, the front and back are bowed to different gates, and they are sent to return elixirs and xuanquan. Carrying armor and holding a fu to open seven doors, these are not branches and leaves, but roots. If you think about them day and night, they will last forever. Immortals and Taoist priests are not gods. They are dedicated and benevolent due to accumulation of essence. Everyone eats grain.
[10] With the five tastes, it only feeds on the great harmony of yin and yang, so it can be immortal and abundant. The heart is the king of the five treasures. It can move according to the movement and stillness of the mind. The Tao keeps the light of my spirit. The sun shines day and night. It keeps thirsty. Drink when you are hungry and satisfy yourself, experience the Six Prefectures hidden in Mao and You, and the yin that transforms into Yang is hidden in the Nine. You can always move without getting old, and the liver's qi is regulated and long-lasting.
[11] List the five treasures and give rise to the three rays of light. The upper part joins the triple burner path and drinks the liquid. My spirit and soul are in the center. I can feel the fragrance of fat up and down through my nose. Standing on the hanging bed, I can communicate with the gods. I lie down at the old door and wait for the way of heaven. I am close to the body and still guard myself. The spirit is divided up and down, and the heaven and earth are benefited by the everlasting grass. [12] Go down to the divine light, pass through the canopy and it will be clear and cool under the canopy, enter the clear and cold abyss and see my form. The Huan Dan can help you live forever. There is a canopy below that moves and you can see the essence. If you stand in the bright hall and face the elixir field, it will open the gate of life to the gods. Open the heavenly path to the spiritual root, the yin and yang are arranged like shooting stars, the lungs are the three burners of qi, go up to Futianmen to wait for the old path, and peek into the sky
【13】The child of earth deposits, regulates the essence and adjusts the hair and teeth. The color is moist and no longer white. Wherever it falls on the throat, all the gods will search for it. The purple color of the crimson palace is underneath, hidden in the canopy, connecting the heaven and earth, dedicated to guarding. The gods turn around and call each other, watch me, the gods annihilate me, and the success will be returned to everyone. As for the stomach tube opening to nothingness, and the stomach is blocked
[14] The Gate of Ming is like the capital of jade, and the longevity will be long. The god in the spleen is in the palace, and the Gate of Ming is in the Mingtang. It facilitates the six palaces and harmonizes the five elements. Metal, wood, water, fire, and earth are kings, and the sun and moon are arranged in the yin and yang. Wang Ying, the two gods are in harmony with each other. The five treasures are the main kidney and the most respected. It lies in the great Yin and hides its shape. It goes in and out of the two orifices and the Huangting, and breathes in the house.
[15] Seeing my form, my muscles and bones are strong and my blood vessels are strong. I am in a trance without seeing the clear spirit. I am calm and have no desires, so I can live. I drink from the great abyss at the seven gates. I know that my mysterious spirit has passed the clear spirit. Ask me about the immortal way and the strange prescription. Zai Bai Su is away from the Dantian, bathing in the flower pool, the spiritual root is released, and it can last forever. The two houses are in harmony with each other, opening the door of life, and all the five flavors are present.
