In the fourth year of the reign of Emperor Jin of the Jin Dynasty (1144), Miaoji Zen Master Juehai, the chief monk of Puzhao Zen Temple, expanded and repaired the temple. He asked Zhong Rushang to write the inscription "Record of the Founding of Puzhao Zen Temple in Yizhou", which collected the famous calligraphy of Tang Dynasty. Jia Liu Gongquan's ink was carved on the stone by his name, Gong Zhong Ruxi. The monument is 2.9 meters high and 1.2 meters wide, with a total of 1,261 characters. Carved with the words "Ji Liu Gongquan", this stele is called "Ji Liu Stele". This stele is as famous as Liu Gongquan's "Mysterious Tower Stele" in the Forest of Steles in Xi'an. Therefore, there is a saying in history that "East Willow and West Willow". Linyi's "Ji Liu Stele" is in the east and is called "East Willow". This stele is a famous stone carving in Linyi. The original stele is in Puzhao Temple. In the seventh year of Kangxi's reign, there was a major earthquake. The Jiliu stele was shattered and fell to the ground. During the Daoguang period, it was scraped and washed by monks.
