"Five Classics and One Treatise", written in small regular script by Dong Qichang of the Ming Dynasty when he was 66 years old, paper 18.3×9.5 cm, collected by the Shanghai Museum.
This volume has one chapter "Lenzhi Lun" written in small regular script, and one paragraph each from the Five Classics "Yin Fu", "Xisheng", "Saving People", "Inner Scenery" and "Qingjing". "Le Zhi Lun" was written in the forty-sixth year of Wanli (1618), and the remaining chapters were written in 1620. Dong was 64 and 66 years old respectively.
Because it was related to the imperial examination and official career, Dong Qichang attached great importance to Xiaokai. From Zhong and Wang Xiaokai to other masters in the Tang Dynasty, and even Xiaokai from the Song and Yuan Dynasties, everyone paid attention to it. The five classics written in this volume have been handed down by ancient masters and have been collected by Dong. Among them, the "Nei Jing Jing" was also engraved on the first volume of "Xi Hong Tang Tie".
